## Audio foundation

**Tone.js 15.1.22**, pinned stable release; upstream is

`vendor/Tone-15.1.22.js` is the package's `build/Tone.js`, renamed only.
`vendor/Tone.js.map` preserves its source map. The GitHub release lockfile
identifies production dependencies whose notices are also preserved under
`vendor/licenses/`:

| Dependency | Pinned release-lockfile version | License |
|---|---:|---|
| standardized-audio-context | 25.3.70 | MIT |
| automation-events | 7.0.4 | MIT |
| @babel/runtime | 7.26.10 | MIT |
| regenerator-runtime | 0.14.1 | MIT |
| tslib | 2.6.2 | 0BSD |

These are notices for the bundled foundation, not extra network dependencies.
No MIDI helper or sample library is used.

## Original prototype work

All drum waveforms are generated in `core.js` from oscillators, deterministic
seeded noise, envelopes and filtering mathematics. No recordings, third-party
sample packs or downloaded MIDI are used. Redline and Afterhours are original
starter pattern names, not claims about artist releases. MIDI-file serialization
is a small original implementation of the Standard MIDI File format.
Original source/synthesis/patterns are covered by `LICENSE.txt`.

## Artist materials

`assets/reference-display-wordmark.png` and `assets/reference-red-bug.png` are
byte-for-byte copies of the supplied HIGHJ4CKED identity crops. They have not
been traced, redrawn, regenerated or licensed under the source-code MIT license.
They remain provisional artist materials for this project. The display wordmark
is rendered at approximately half native width on desktop for sharp high-DPI
display. The tiny supplied bug crop is not enlarged beyond its native size.
No rejected striped logo SVG is used. Any replacement asset must be supplied
or owner-approved; replace only these local image references when ready.

Artist: **HIGHJ4CKED**. Genre: **TECHNO // TRAP**. Location: **Las Vegas**.
Latest requested slogan: **YOUR SIGNAL HAS BEEN HACKED**.

## Product reference boundary

The official [UJAM NEMESIS page](https://www.ujam.com/beatmaker/nemesis/)
was consulted for broad workflow ideas: electronic drums, pattern playback
and a macro effect. No UJAM artwork, code, UI layout, sound recordings, MIDI,
logos or product branding is included. This beta is not endorsed by UJAM
and is not a replacement for the commercial product.
